1.Spherical Roller Bearing
Spherical roller bearings are designed with double-row raceway inner ring,spherical raceway outer ring and the convex symmentrical rollers.With the same center as the bearings,the spherically formed outer ring raceway can make self alignment,which can adapt the deflection between axis and housing bore.This kind of bearing can take great radial load,suitable for heavy machines used in paper-making,mining,vibration sieve,rolling mill and so on.
2.Cylindrical Roller Bearing
This type of bearings is separable.As their rollers linearly come into contact with inner and outer ring with less coefficient of friction,these bearings have very good capacity of radial load,suitable for electric motors automobiles,transmission shafts,gear shafts and so on.Double row cylindrical roller bearings are good at the spindles of machine tools.
3.Deep Groove Ball Bearing
Deep groove ball bearings mainly take radial load as well as take moderate axial load.With less coefficient of friction,high limiting speed,large size range and varations of structure.they are suitable for precision instruments,low noise motors,automobiles,motorcycles,and other common machines,as a widely used type of bearings in machinery industry.
4.Tapered Roller Bearing
Tapered roller bearings are generally used to support commbined load mainly consisting of radial load.Their cups are separable for easy assembling .During mounting and using,radial clearance and axial clearance can be ajusted and preloaded mounting can be made.
5.Thrust Ball Bearing
This type of bearings is separable which can carry axial load.The single direction bearing of them can only carry axail load in one direction,which the double can carry alternating axail load in either direction.Before using they have to be preloaded.The thrust ball bearings are used in lathe centers automobile clutches,reducers and so on. The double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings are suitable for machine tool spindles,which the single are used to support ball screws.
6.Angular Contact Ball Bearing
Angular contact ball bearings are able to support radial load and axial load.As single row angular contact ball bearings can only support axial load in single direction,matched bearing mounting is often adopted to them.As matched pairs of bearings preload for them is more convenient.
Retainers are made of brass,synthetic resins or other subject to individual features and application conditions.
Widely used in precision instuments,low nosie motors and so on.
7.Thrust Roller Bearing
These bearings are used to support combined load consosting of axial load and radial load,but the radial load should be less than axial load.Compared with other bearings,they have the lower frction factor,higher rotaing speed and the self-alignment.
For 29000 series,the rollers of these bearings are of asymmetric and spherical shape,which can partly aviod the relative sliding of the rollers and racyway and oil lubrication is commonly used while working.
For 80000 series,the rollers of these bearings are of cylindrical shape which can carry monodirectional axail load and take up little axial space.
Thrust roller bearings are suitable for hydroelectric generator,vertical type generator,propeller axie of vessels and tower cranes. |
